CheapStays is a free app that helps people find shelter, housing, food and essential services. You can use it without an account.

Information we collect

• Account details (only if you sign up): email address and an optional name.
• Saved resources you choose to bookmark.
• Listings and reports you submit.
• Location: only when you tap “Sort by distance”. It is used on your device and is never stored on our servers.

How we use it

To show nearby services, keep your saved list, verify listings and keep the app safe. We never sell your data and we show no ads.

Sharing

We don't share your personal information with service providers or third parties, except the infrastructure needed to run the app or when required by law.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete my account) or by following the steps on our account deletion page.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted so users can only see their own information.
